1. What is your return and refund policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with the quality of any of our products, please contact us within 30 days of your order date.

Please note:

  • Tea products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Returns are accepted only for unused accessories or damaged items.

  • Domestic orders (shipping within the continental U.S.) are eligible for returns.

  • Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.

2. Can I exchange items?
Unfortunately, we are not able to process exchanges at this time. Please refer to our return process for assistance.

3. Is there a fee for returns?
All return requests are subject to a $10 return fee per order. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you are returning a damaged or incorrect item, no return fee will apply.

4. Can I return promotional items?
All sale or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned.

5. What should I do if my order is missing items or I received a wrong or damaged item?
Please email us at fengtianshi927@gmail.com immediately after receiving your order. Our customer service team will assist you in resolving the issue quickly.

6. What if I change my mind and no longer need my order?
We are unable to accept returns due to personal preferences. If you wish to return an item, please refer to questions 1 and 2 for further assistance.

7. How long will it take to process my return?
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 30 days for processing and issuing your refund.

8. What happens if my order is delayed and doesn't arrive on time?
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by shipping delays. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur. If your order doesn't arrive on time:

  • You can return the order for a full refund, with no return fee.

  • Alternatively, if you decide to keep the package, we’ll provide you with a 15% store credit based on your order amount.

9. What happens if I order before a promotion starts?
If you place an order within 24 hours before a promotion begins, you will be honored the promotional price for all eligible products. Orders placed more than 24 hours before the promotion will be treated as final sales and cannot be modified.
